Our Story

Built for Collaboration

NucCol was established two years ago as a spin-out from the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (NAMRC). The company was created in response to a growing need within the nuclear industry for closer, more efficient collaboration — reducing duplication and enabling organisations to work together more effectively.

Our mission is to foster collaboration at both company and individual levels. Although our origins are in the nuclear sector, we are sector- and technology-agnostic. We work across multiple industries, allowing us to draw on a broad range of capabilities and insights.

We act as a "critical friend" to the supply chain, providing independent, informed assessment, analysis, and development support to help organisations strengthen performance and deliver better outcomes.

Our Approach

Independent, impartial, and evidence-based. We sit outside the commercial interests of primes and suppliers, giving us the objectivity to challenge assumptions, highlight opportunities, and broker meaningful change across the supply chain.
